I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Napier with my 10-month-old daughter. The hotel was superbly clean and well-maintained, creating a warm atmosphere. Our spacious room had comfortable furnishings for relaxing together. The location was excellent for exploring nearby landmarks like Marine Parade and the National Aquarium.

Offers fantastic service and fabulous food. Lovely staff, they smile all the time. The location is very central, just next door to cafes and restaurants, restaurants in the city and supermarkets and the main centre.

The convenient parking facilities were a huge plus, and the staff were helpful, especially when we faced a breakfast issue. We appreciated the lovely room amenities like a flat-screen TV and coffee facilities, which made our experience all the more comfortable.

I recently enjoyed a rejuvenating weekend getaway at this wonderful hotel. The room was immaculate, boasting a thoughtful layout that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The daily cleaning and restocking of products were a nice touch. The front house staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly loved the delicious breakfast each morning.

the staff were consistently friendly and made a genuine effort to be helpful. the location was perfect, only a short walk from the town center, which made exploring convenient. overall, my experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were better than the average offerings in the area. I appreciated the attention given to cleanliness and comfort.

Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the beach, Napier Beach and the marina parade, and waterfront. Clean room with a safe, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar, liked it: D

my room was spacious and equipped with everything i needed, from fluffy towels to thoughtful amenities. the dinner service, though just for two, created a cozy atmosphere that felt like home. the lovely setting of the house and garden allowed me to relax immediately, and i would definitely return for another getaway, preferably in autumn or winter.

I had a great Christmas stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown for shopping and dining, plus a supermarket right across the street for snacks. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I loved the hot breakfast made to order—nothing beats a freshly cooked meal to start the day!

On the downside, finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to unclear signage, and the room's half-couch was uncomfortable and not very stylish. there were some housekeeping issues, like missed cleaning on one day and a faucet that leaked. a few improvements could really enhance the experience!

The location of the hotel is perfect, not too far from Marine Parade sea wall. the area is very open and close to the foreshore, coastal esplanade, and main attractions.
